Eating Crow

Well, yesterday I was able to contact the insurance and provider people quickly, find out what the problems were, and get them resolved. That’s the good news. The not-so-good news is that …basically, (shhh), it was my fault. Lack of communication and knowledge of facts. Oh, well. Please forgive my rant of yesterday. Oh, yes… the people I spoke with were very helpful and pleasant to speak with.
