Hungarian Chili

Saturday morning, I decided to make some chili and put it in the crock pot to simmer until supper. I didn’t bother with the recipe as I know the ingredients well. It wasn’t until we sat down to eat that I realized I had confused some of my ingredients with my chicken barbeque sauce recipe. We like our chili mild. But the amount of Tobasco Sauce I used, coupled with the fresh Hungarian Paprika my daughter-in-law, Suzy, brought home from Hungary recently, combined to make the spiciest - albeit quite tasty - chili I’ve ever made!! :)

I’ll post my chicken BBQ sauce recipe, and maybe my chili recipe, but I won’t even try to post the combination!! ;)
